Hi, I'm Marc, 31 years old, from Germany. I'm starting my journey soon – hitchhiking westward from Germany without a fixed destination. I like the freedom of letting the road decide where I end up, and Workaway feels like the perfect way to really get to know the places I pass through, not just travel past them.
I'm genuinely curious about people and cultures – languages, traditions, folklore, and especially local food. For me, the best way to understand a place is to share everyday life with the people who live there, and I'm happy to share stories and a bit of German culture (and cooking!) in return.
Animals are a big part of my life. Dogs are my absolute favorites, but I also have experience with rabbits, cats, horses, birds, lizards, mice – and probably a few more I'm forgetting. So if your animals need feeding, walking, cuddling, or just some company, I'm your guy.
What I can help with:

Farm and garden work – I enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting my hands dirty
Handiwork, repairs, and building projects – I'm practical and like fixing things
Cooking and baking – happy to take over kitchen duty or cook together
House and pet sitting – reliable, and your pets will be in the best of hands

I'm an easy-going guest: I adapt quickly, pitch in without being asked twice, and treat your home and animals with respect and care. I don't need luxury – a spot for my tent and a shared meal is all it takes.
