Description
I’m currently based in the UK and planning an exciting 4–6 month adventure around South America in 2027! We’re a group of four female friends (from Nz and Aus), hoping to set off around April/May, and we’re looking for Workaway opportunities that can accommodate all four of us.
We don’t have a strict itinerary yet as we’d love to keep things flexible and see where the journey takes us. Countries on our wish list include Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil, with potential plans to also visit Costa Rica and Mexico City.
We’re keen to experience different cultures, meet new people, learn new skills and get involved wherever we can — whether that’s helping on a farm, with animals, at a hostel, or with a local project.
And a slightly random but very important request… if we could find a Workaway in Rio during the World Cup, you’d be making four very happy girls! 🇧🇷⚽️ It’s a dream of ours to experience a game while we’re travelling, so combining that with a Workaway would be amazing.
We’re really excited to meet people, make memories and hopefully find some great Workaway experiences along the way! -

I used to speak fluent Spanish as a girl when I lived in Gavà so understand around 80% if spoken slowly, I’m eager to learn and practice enough to get to a confident conversional level. I’ve lived with non English speakers before and I’ve always enjoyed teaching words and answering questions they’ve had about English. -

Gardening & Outdoor Work: I have hands on experience with gardening tasks like planting, weeding, watering and fruit picking. Able to help with maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces. General Labor & Physical Tasks: I’ve got basic strength and stamina for tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and other hands-on chores. Willing to assist with varied work that requires physical effort. Household Assistance: Basic housekeeping skills, including cleaning, cooking, and organizing. I’m good with maintaining a tidy living space.
