Description

Hi! I’m Lucie – a curious, active, and creative mother of two teenagers from the Czech Republic who loves traveling, learning new things, cooking, baking, and connecting with people from different cultures.

After working in customer service in Germany for ten years, I made a conscious decision to step out of routine and explore new directions. Today, I’m combining traveling with meaningful projects and hands-on work.

Currently, I work at Körnermühle e.V in Germany, a unique place that is both a farm and an accommodation for groups, families, and events (including weddings). My role is very diverse – from guest communication and organization to supporting events, social media, and daily operations. This experience has strengthened my flexibility, sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

At the same time, I’m developing my own projects, especially language immersion stays that bring people together through shared experiences, communication, and everyday life.

I enjoy a wide range of activities, especially those involving creativity, nature, and practical work – gardening, cooking, baking, DIY projects, organizing spaces, or helping with daily tasks. I’m used to taking care of a large house with a garden, so I understand the ongoing work it requires – and I’m always happy to learn new skills.

If possible, I’d love to travel with one of my children (Richie, 16, or Maya, 18). It’s not a must – I also travel solo – but they are motivated, responsible, and enjoy helping with animals, in the kitchen, or outdoors.

I value openness, kindness, and cooperation. I’m not afraid of work, I learn quickly, and I genuinely enjoy being part of new environments where people share, create, and support each other.

I love learning new languages! I always like to practise and improve my German, Spanish and English and I like to exchange language skills with others. If someone would like to learn Czech, I would be happy to help them with conversation practice! :-)
