Description

Hi, :) my name is Lena.

I grew up in a small town in South Germany near to nature. In the early Years of my professional life, I had the opportunity to work as the director of a kindergarten located in a forest hut, near my hometown, for four years. Subsequently, I moved to Stuttgart to work with children aged 0-3 to expand my knowlege about child development.

When I started traveling alone in my hollydays, first to Marocco, two times to Namibia, it became clear for me that I wanted to do that for a longer period. The peacefullness of nature and the vibrancy of different cultures and citys is something that brings me great joy. Workaway is a really good opportunity to come closer to another culture, while sharing my scills with other people.

I feel happy to put my energy in Projects which are helpfull for humanity and earth. I enjoy contributing creative solutions in various situations. For me, doing a good job is also a question of good and reflected communication and I want to experience how building community and understanding can work better.

In the morning and in the evening I love to sing and play the guitar. I also like to draw and if you want I can paint a portrait of you. :-)
