Hey I’m Lea!
I am from Germany, 25 years old and a vegetable gardener.
I love to be outside in the nature, especially together with animals.
I try to spend as much time as possible with animals around and have a lot of experience by volunteering with animals or in a dog shelter, dog sitting and various other opportunities to be in company with animals.

It was a pleasure to stay here! The landscape of the island is so beautiful and there are also hot springs you can take a bath in! Also you can see the steam of the hot springs just out of your window.

I was a really nice stay at Christine's house! Christine is a very good person and she knows a lot. Her garden is incredible and there were oranges and avocados to pick freshly every day.
We did pruning of the trees, made firewood, mowed the lown and took care of the vegetable garden.

Lea stayed with us more than one month. Initially she looks a bit shy but she is a gentle soul that mingles well with all members of the community. So, it was already my second time there and it was great again!
The people are nice, the food is good and the work brings pleasure. Atte trys to give everyone the task that fits to the person.
It was such a nice experience to live there and spend time together. And the Finnish sauna is really great too. I hope I can come back someday :)
