Description
Keilyn holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Legal Studies, and Criminal Justice from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has her graduate level Masters of Social Work Degree (MSW). She has had many interesting jobs that have worked with many different people, including mental health case management. Keilyn has completed two workaways (one in Wyoming, USA and one in Switzerland). They were such amazing experiences she hopes to share the magic of Workaway with Zachary!
Zachary holds an undergraduate degree in Film Production from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Zachary has also had many social work jobs such as helping people find housing and scheduling patients at doctor offices.
In 2022, Keilyn went to Wyoming, USA to do Workaway. Meanwhile, Zachary moved to Wyoming and worked for a non-profit clinic. Keilyn’s hosts decided to set her and Zachary up on a date (unknown to both of them). Keilyn and Zach were amazed when they found out they grew up 30 minutes from each other in Illinois, USA and both went to school in Wisconsin, USA! After a 12 hour date in the Big Horn Mountains, we haven’t stopped being together since.
Our favorite parts about traveling are basking in beautiful scenery, meeting and learning from different people, and being flexible to see where the adventure will take us!

Keilyn and Zachary have worked in many jobs at charities and mental health clinics. Keilyn has extensive training in mental health support and has done advocacy work with those with disabilities. Zachary has experience with video production and photography. One organization Keilyn spent 3 years working and volunteering at is Just Dane in Madison, Wisconsin. Zach worked at Heart Mountain Clinic in Cody, Wyoming for 2 years.
These jobs have strengthened our communication with diverse groups, problem-solving, and organization skills. All of which will be great in many workaway positions!
With Workaway and at home, Keilyn and Zach have experience cooking, cleaning, providing child care, house sitting, animal care, and inventory. Zachary is an intermediate speaker of Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian. Keilyn and Zach are beginner French speakers. Both Keilyn and Zachary have a desire to learn new skills.
