Description
I travel to experience authentic life in one cuture/country, to exchange and contribute to a community or a family, to enjoy nature, hike, meditate or dance in the forest.

I am blending the roles of a yoga teacher, dancer, writer and performance artist on a wonderful journey of self-exploration and healing.

I offer yoga classes, intuitive free dance workshops (GroundĬn and Slowdance), Yoga Nidra and Champi head massage with energy bath. I am also a ThetaHealing practitioner and happy to provide sessions✨

In addition, I organize events that foster and support community spirit, such as sharing circles, acoustic jam sessions, and open stages.
My great call is to explore movement, voice and sound, harmonize with feelings and connect to authenticity, playfulness and joy.

A healthy diet, clean food and nourishment are very important to me, as well as living in balance with nature.

I have two daughters, Leonora (16) and Amelia (11), and we sometimes workaway together.

I would love to be a part of life in a community where I can contribute with body-mind-soul work (yoga and intuitive movement), working with the soil, regenerating and restoring, social events and community building, cleaning and building spaces, gardening.
And above all, I would love to connect with like-minded people, learn and exchange.

Katharina is a real sunshine. She help us with a lot of things, while we needed a bit break from Finca life. She cooked, help in the household and did mulching of the fruit trees, which looking much better since then. Thanks a lot for everthing and hope to welcome you one time again! Hugs
