Description
I love to travel and spend time in nature, hiking or meditating in a forest/by the sea in Norway, where I live.
I blend the roles of a yoga teacher, dancer, writer/poet and performance artist, and they are all together on a journey of self-exploration.
I hold intuitive dance workshops (GroundĬn and Slowdance), yoga classes and Yoga Nidra sessions with chanting.
In addition, I love to open events that restore and support the community spirit, such as sharing circles and open stages.
My great call is to explore movement, voice and sound, harmonize with feelings and connect to authenticity, playfulness and joy.
A healthy diet, clean food and true nourishment are very important to me, as is
living in balance with nature and other beings.
I have two daughters, Leonora (15) and Amelia (10), and we sometimes travel together.
I would love to experience life in a community where I can contribute with body-mind-soul work (yoga and movement), social events and community building, working with the soil, regenerating and restoring, cleaning and nurturing it.
Would love to connect with like-minded people, learn and exchange.
