Description
Hey! My name is Joe and I find joy in stories and adventures, and while I love finding my own, I also love listening about others'. There's nothing quite like spending a bit of time learning about one another and the world we share.
My personality is very laidback, but I think it's important to work hard and I don't have a problem getting jobs done. I have experience as a landscaper, barista and most recently as an English tutor. In any job I work I prioritize creating a friendly and safe environment for everyone. Some of my best friends today were once my coworkers.
I hope to learn everything I can about the places I visit and make connections with the people who live there. Our worlds can be so small sometimes and I'd like to push the bounds of mine as far as I can.

I've worked for landscaping companies, organic farms, a hospital in dietary service, and barista jobs at some fun coffee houses. I've had to have personality in everything I've done, and it's allowed me to talk to interesting people who have so much to share. I don't know everything, but my attitude towards learning new things has always seen me through. As long as you're willing to show me how, I'll be willing to learn it your way.
As far as non-work skills, I enjoy writing in my spare time, DMing for whatever local D&D nerds I can find, and finding all the cool hikes in nature I can.

I love journalism with a focus on regular people and their crazy stories. I enjoy getting to know people and their philosophies. I love board games and have so many great memories of hanging out around a table playing the rules only half right, while listening to friends or family tell their stories. But really, I just like making connections and travel helps me do that be it with a place or with people.
