It is my dream home!

It's not only the amazing success of turning a monoculture citrus field into a regenerated biodiversity food forest, with many rare kind of trees and plants of traditional varieties, not only the first Miyawaki Forest in Israel, not for it's almost self sufficiency in fruits and vegetables (for sure in herbs) from it's own… read more gardens, and in energy - through solar panels and biogas from their kitchen compost, not only the zero waste and minimal consumption, and that they are locally supplied and that it is the most ethical living place from the aspect of no harming your fellowman and the environment,

It's also the best example of co-living management. Rubi and Ruthie, owners of the place, with their modesty and wisdom have turned every material and personal difficulty into benefit! Extra resilient and humble, welcoming everyone who wants to join their paradise, are equal members of this wonderful group with so many loving people who protect nature and everybody's feelings.

Decisions are made collectively, everyone gives what one can and takes from the community. Freedom, happiness, calmness and awe for the vision that can come true.

I was lucky to be there during a compost seminar (organized by Lyor), an olive tree pruning and after some months, in the olive harvest, helping Adir with his natural medical and cosmetic creations from the herbs of the garden, getting to know so much, I had a healing breath session with Omer that cured me, I discovered the steaming therapy with Michal that made me a happier person, learned Arab cooking recipes from Andalouz with whom we had interesting emotional and philosophical discussions, yoga free lessons with Dubi, free dance therapy night with Omer again, art activities, traditional seeds sorting, I learned irrigation tips from the wonderful Aleksey, the engineer and the column of the community, who gathered us around evening fire circles traveling our hearts with his guitar music.

People I met in the open house days and events have shared with me the gratitude they feel for the community, because in difficult periods of their life, here they found healing.

The loving light of this place isn't limited in it's land boundaries. It's expanded to the whole neighborhood, that's why we havrvested olives from the surrounding friends, we do scheduled yoga in the close-by spiritual center, we have milk from the goats of the farm few minutes away, get our horse manure from the nearby ranch for our DYI compost soil, collecting fallen trees from friends around us for our winter stove etc

Once in our lifetime is a must visit place
Paradise on earth
