Hi, my name is Hunor, I'm from Budapest Hungary. I graduated my masters in psychology at university this summer and wanted to take a gapyear before diving into work...
Previously I participated in Erasmus program in Germany and worked in California as a camp counselor. I had the chance to travel in other countries where I had made many friends whom I still keep in touch with. It is always a great pleasure to meet people from a different cultures and getting to know them. I really like languages and cultures, including music and sports.
I lived and worked abroad before and now I'd like to experience volunteering while travelling. I'm eager to learn surfing but I love other sports very much such as diving, volleyball and climbing. Music plays an important part of my life as I learned classical music from quite a young age. I'd like to live a sustainable and enviromental friendly life.
I'm looking forward to learn a lot from the people I meet throughout my travels.

I have former work experiences in catering, summercamps, healthcare, and business.
I'm happy to help with gardening and taking care of animals.
In my congregation I am part of a youthgroup leadership team, where we play, sing, learn and chat in small groups with the children. We even organise summer camps, where we have a lot of fun and have meaningful conversations. It really helps to create a community.
I was also a counselor and lifeguard in a kids' summercamp in the US in 2023.

Music has been an important part of my life. I played the violin in both string and symphonyc orchestras, lately I changed to chambermusic.
