Hello!
We are Hannah and Bruno and we want to see the world (again!). Two years ago we went travelling together to South East Asia and since then, the wish to see what is out there did not let go of us. We love learning about different ways of living and when we discovered Workaway we saw it as the best way to do that. We love spending time in nature, working with our hands and learning new skills. In our free time we do lots of gardening and landscaping work and DIY projects.
Looking forward to meet you :)Interests

More details about your skills
Gardening & Landscaping: We regularly take care of a 2 acre plot of land which includes mowing, weed whacking, path construction, wood chopping and small landscaping activities like building a deadwood hedge. Hannah also recently got into growing her own vegetables on the balcony. We are absolutely no experts but we enjoy doing these things and love learning new things here!
Cooking & Nutrition: Hannah works as a dietician which included training to cook also for different medical conditions. She loves to cook with vegetables and to try new recipes, ingredients, herbs and spices, especially healthy replacements or additions to more conventional cuisine. She also likes baking :). Bruno also likes cooking and usually takes over the part of preparing the meat or gutting and barbequeing the fish.
Teaching & Children: Bruno worked as a English teacher in a disabled peoples home in Malaysia for a year and worked as a highschool student tutor before. His first priority is that teaching is fun and everyone feels comfortable. Hannah works in a Diabetes Clinic for Children and where she teaches children and their parents how to deal with Diabetes.
Computer & Electronics: Bruno is an engineer in an artificial intelligence company and knows his way around computers and electronics well.
Others:
- We both have a driving licence (Hannah being the expert for narrow, steep and unpaved roads).
- We like to repair stuff ourselfs (bicycle, electronics, cloths)
- We can be quiet, meditate, be for ourselves and observe nature. Does this count as a skill? :DAge
