Hi everyone!🌷My name's Giada, I'm 19 and I'm italian. I graduated from high school in June and now I'm taking a gap year to volunteer across the world.

Travelling is one of the things I enjoy the most. What I love about travelling is getting to meet new people, cultural exchange and seeing some of the stunning places our world has to offer.
I think that what motivates me everyday is helping people and trying to bring the smile back into their faces. That is why I always try to stay positive and see the bright side in every situation☀️

Learning languages is one of my biggest interests, that is why I attended a linguistic high school where I learned to speak English fluently and French and Spanish at an intermediate level. I’m also studying a bit of Arabic on my own because is a language that fascinates me.

I'm an italian native speaker, I speak English fluently and French and Spanish at an intermediate level🇮🇹🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸

🩷In my hometown I'm a tutor and I help kids and teenagers with their homework. I was also a babysitter of a 2 years old and her 8 years old sister. I cooked for them, kept them entertained and did some chores around the house.

In my hometown, between one trip and another, I volunteer with a national charity association that helps elderly or disabled people❤️

I worked as a waitress in a pizzeria for a year. My job consisted in welcoming the clients, managing orders and keeping the place clean🧾🍕

I’ve loved reading books since I was a child and I enjoy reading books in the original language.

I love listening to music throughout my day, I particularly listen to pop music and reggaeton. My favourite artists are Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran and I absolutely adore going to concerts.

I enjoy watching movies and tv series in the original language and I believe it’s a great way to learn a new language or to refresh or strengthen a language you already know. My favourite tv series ever is Friends, I’ve watched it six times!
