Description
Hello! I'm exited to be part of Workaway and I can't wait to start a new experience. The main reason I subscribed on this site is because I really understood that we only live once and it's worth to visit at least some other part of the world. My purpose is to be helpful to somebody else, and in the specific I would like to help somebody in building something that will persist in time, so that it will be useful to many other people who don't even know me. That would really give me satisfaction. Of course I'd really appreciate to know other workawayers! Generally i can describe myself as an adventurous person: last summer I went to Croatia for a sailing with some friends, but there was only me when I started this journey. I like the idea of going anywhere even alone, maybe because other friends have already a routine they must follow. In any case, friends can be found during the journey and I have experienced it. As for work and practical activities, I can say that I'm eager to learn every kind of activities people will propose because you never stop learning. University gives you mostly theoretical knowledge (in my case also some practical), however the situation changes when it comes to apply what you've learned on the field. I think that's the best part because you have the chance to see in fact what your study course allows you to do.

I'm about to graduate in university in Agricultural and environmental sciences. In the specific I will graduate in Environmental management of mountain areas so I have knowledge of forestry, forest ecology, mountain ecosystems and how to manage a territory of forest. Planting trees would be an activity which I'd really like to do. From this course I've also learned many concepts of agriculture. As far as work experience are concerned, I've worked in a dairy farm and from that I've learned a lot about production of cheese.

I consider board games very funny and a great method to spend time together to get to know each other. I like to try new board games of any kind. As for hobbies, I like to spend time in nature, practicing sports such as climbing, swimming and running.
