Description
Hi, my name is Carolin, I'm 19 years old and I live in Munich, Germany. I've volunteered before in Germany and while traveling and I absolutely love it.
I'm studying veterinary medicine and am currently in my forth semester.
I love traveling and meeting new people and think it's a great opportunity to get to know some new places while meeting new people and possibly friends forever. Traveling is a way for me to see more of our beautiful world and every place or trip remains a special memory for me (whether it's because I learned a new skill, learned something about myself, took the craziest walk along a cliff, or got up early in the morning to see the sunrise with a friend).
I'm an open-minded, creative and respectful person. I like to have fun and try to make work a lot of fun and still get things done. I love animals and enjoy spending time with them. I am very communicative and enjoy talking about simple, everyday things as well as deeper topics.
I'm curious and love learning about different lifestyles, experiencing them and
understanding other perspectives. Having time to bond with someone and share experiences while working and living together, is a great idea in my eyes and I'm really looking forward to it.
In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, hiking (and skiing in the winter), meeting up with friends and generally spending time outdoors.

I have worked with horses previously and have been horse riding since I was ten years old. I am very comfortable around horses and know how to handle and care for horses (including feeding, grooming, mucking out stables, riding, lungeing etc.). I am generally an animal lover and love any kind of work with animals.
In my spare time I like to draw and cook or bake and could imagine helping painting or decorating something and also trying out new recipes.
I am open to learning something new and would like to develop some new skills that will be helpful for the work you are asking me to do. I always make sure that the work is done properly.
