Description
Hi! My name is Benjamin, I'm 23 and I live in France.
Having recently finished my studies in international business, I’d like to take some time to explore and experience different cultures. Doing so via Workaway would allow me to truly immerse myself in the local culture and connect with people in a more meaningful way than traditional travel.
My studies combined customer service and working with people from different cultures, and I would like to apply this in a real-world setting while also taking the opportunity to travel.
I can be a bit shy at first, but I generally open up quickly and feel at ease, building genuine and trusting relationships with others. I would love to share good moments, laughter, and create great memories as I meet new people and discover new places.
Being helpful is important to me, which is why I’d like to combine traveling with giving a helping hand to others. I’m comfortable handling a variety of tasks, so I should be able to adapt quickly and get started without any issues.
I would also like to try new experiences such as teaching, assisting with social activities, and supporting meaningful projects. Opportunities I wouldn’t usually have while traveling in a more traditional way.
In my free time, I like to stay active with sports like cycling, running, and swimming as well as hiking and trail running. I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, as well as spending quality time with people close to me.
I’m really looking forward to sharing and learning through this way of traveling, while also helping out with different projects and creating meaningful and memorable experiences along the way. -

More details about your skills
My experience in customer service has helped me develop strong communication skills, and my studies in international business have made it easy for me to connect with people from different cultures. Throughout my studies, I’ve also developed a strong sense of reliability and responsibility, and I take my commitments seriously.
I’m adaptable and quick to learn, which allows me to adjust easily to new environments and different types of tasks. I’m happy to help with general tasks and support daily operations as needed. I also enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive working environment.
Outside of school, I’ve been described as friendly, patient, and a good listener, with an easygoing and positive attitude.
I’m also open to learning new skills, including teaching, supporting community or social projects, and taking on new responsibilities when needed. -
