Description
Hi there, we are a Dutch couple travelling from the Netherlands to Southeast Asia by train, no joke. During this journey, we would like to not only visit the touristy hotspots, but experience the "real life" and culture in each country by participating in Work-Aways!
About us:
Bart (28) has studied economics & governance and likes many sports, e.g. running, mountainbiking and road cycling. He has experience with picking and sorting blackberries, apples, pears and plums. Soshanna (26) has studied environmental sciences and likes to run, play volleyball and do yoga. She has experience as a WorkAwayer on a Austrian farm.
We both value sustainability, eat vegetarian (vegan where possible) and are open-minded. One of our main travel activities is hiking, as we are from a country that is so flat as a pancake, we are enthusiastic about each hill and mountain we can conquer.

We are both passianate cooks and love to provide (preferably vegan) food. We have made our own breads, cakes, crispy chili oil and even mustard!
We have some basic gardening experience, we have planted last year our own tomatoes, zucchinis, strawberries and several herbs. We like to be outside and do not mind getting our hands dirty!
We have moved a couple of times and therefore have experience with painting walls and (dis)assembling furniture.
