Hi! I’m Alberto, from Buenos Aires. In my search for new paths, I found this small paradise in Villa de Merlo (San Luis), the ancestral land of the Comechingones people. I decided to stay and make a dream come true: to create a space in nature where people can reconnect with themselves and with the Earth.
That dream became a peaceful property surrounded by mountains, trees, and silence, with themed cabins. We welcome travelers who are looking for rest, connection, and conscious experiences. We also open our doors to those who want to share an art or practice related to inner growth — meditation, yoga, music, or art.
Merlo is a charming town of about 40,000 inhabitants, full of cafés, restaurants, and local markets. It’s famous for having the Third Best Microclimate in the World, surrounded by hills, streams, and the spiritual energy of the ancient Comechingones.
This place is located just 5 km from the town center, in a quiet area at 1100 meters above sea level — perfect for enjoying silence, hiking, and mountain views.
I live here with my two dogs, Alma and Shakti, the guests who visit, and the team that helps maintain the cabins. My girlfriend Jesica also comes around very often.

Hola, soy Alberto, de Buenos Aires. En mi búsqueda de nuevos caminos, descubrí este pequeño paraíso en Villa de Merlo (San Luis), tierra ancestral de los Comechingones, y decidí quedarme para cumplir un sueño: crear un espacio en plena naturaleza donde las personas puedan reconectarse consigo mismas y con la tierra.
Ese sueño se convirtió en una propiedad tranquila rodeada de montañas, árboles y silencio, con cabañas temáticas. Aquí recibimos a viajeros que buscan descanso, conexión y experiencias conscientes. También abrimos las puertas a quienes desean compartir algún arte o práctica vinculada al desarrollo interior: meditación, yoga, música, arte, entre otros.
Merlo es un pueblo turístico de unos 40 mil habitantes, con muchos bares, restaurantes, ferias y actividades al aire libre. Es conocido por su Tercer Microclima del Mundo, rodeado de sierras y arroyos donde todavía se siente la energía de los antiguos Comechingones.
Este lugar está situado a sólo 5 km del centro del pueblo, en una zona tranquila a 1100 metros sobre el nivel del mar, perfecto para disfrutar del silencio, el senderismo y las vistas a la montaña.
Vivo aquí con mis dos perras, Alma y Shakti, los huéspedes que vienen de visita, y el equipo que ayuda con el mantenimiento de las cabañas. Mi novia Jesica también viene seguido.

I can share my knowledge in transpersonal psychology, ontological coaching, Argentine culture, and the ancestral wisdom of this region, as well as everything I’ve learned throughout my travels around the world.
In Merlo, there are plenty of cultural and social activities to take part in — from traditional folk music and art classes to holistic gatherings, yoga, and creative workshops.
I’m also very interested in learning from you — about your cultures, worldviews, and the experiences you’d like to share. I believe that true enrichment comes from this kind of mutual exchange.

Puedo compartir mis conocimientos en psicología transpersonal, coaching ontológico, cultura argentina y saberes de esta región, además de todo lo que he aprendido a lo largo de mis viajes por el mundo.
En Merlo hay una gran variedad de actividades culturales y sociales abiertas a quienes quieran sumarse: música folclórica, clases de distintas artes, encuentros holísticos, yoga y espacios de expresión.
También me interesa aprender de ustedes: de sus culturas, sus formas de ver el mundo y todo aquello que quieran compartir de sus experiencias y vivencias. Creo que el intercambio es lo que enriquece verdaderamente este tipo de encuentros.

As the summer season approaches (December, January, and February), we’ll be welcoming more guests — so I’ll be needing some extra help.
It has 6 cabins, an activity hall, a swimming pool, and a staff cabin (where you’ll be staying).
During your stay, your main tasks will include:
🌿 gardening and maintaining the green areas
💧 cleaning and caring for the pool
🌱 working in the vegetable and aromatic plant garden
🎨 painting and general maintenance
🧘♂️ assisting in holistic activities (retreats, movement yoga workshops, and conscious breathing sessions)
All these tasks are done as a team together with Lorenzo, who coordinates the daily work, or with me or Jesica, in the case of workshops and retreats.

Como se acerca la temporada de verano (diciembre, enero y febrero), vamos a recibir más huéspedes y por eso necesitaré una mano extra.
Cuenta con 6 cabañas, salón de actividades, piscina y cabaña para el personal (donde te alojarás).
Durante su estadía, las principales tareas serán:
🌿 jardinería y mantenimiento del espacio verde
💧 limpieza y cuidado de la piscina
🌱 trabajo en la huerta (vegetales y plantas aromáticas)
🎨 tareas de pintura y mantenimiento general
🧘♂️ asistencia en actividades holísticas (retiros, talleres de yoga en movimiento y respiración consciente)
Todas estas tareas se realizan en equipo junto a Lorenzo, quien coordina las actividades diarias, o conmigo o Jesica, en el caso de los talleres y retiros.

Accommodation

The volunteer accommodation is a studio-style cabin with 6 beds, usually shared by around 3 volunteers and permanent staff.
The bathroom is inside the cabin and it’s mixed. Towels, bed linen, and a small space for personal belongings are provided.
Each volunteer is expected to help with keeping the cabin clean — this is not part of the volunteering hours, but a shared responsibility to maintain the space.
The cabin includes hot water, a fridge, stove, toaster, electric oven, and electric kettle.
Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, and there’s a fan for warm days.
Ingredients for cooking will be included, the cabin is fully equipped so each volunteer can cook their own food comfortably.
We ask everyone to respect the guidelines, as guests come here seeking an atmosphere of peace, silence, and harmony.
Please note that this place is located 5 km from the town center and 1.5 km from the nearest market, and we can’t provide transportation, so being comfortable walking or taking taxi is important.

El alojamiento para voluntarios es una cabaña tipo monoambiente con 6 camas, donde suelen hospedarse alrededor de 3 voluntarios y el staff permanente.
El baño está dentro de la cabaña y es mixto. Incluye toallas, sábanas y un pequeño espacio para guardar sus pertenencias.
Cada voluntario colabora con la limpieza del lugar, lo cual no forma parte de las horas de voluntariado, sino del cuidado compartido del espacio.
La cabaña cuenta con agua caliente, heladera, cocina, tostadora, horno eléctrico y pava eléctrica.
La calefacción es mediante salamandra a leña, y hay ventilador para los días de calor.
Ofrecemos ingredientes para las comidas, la cabaña está equipada para que cada uno pueda cocinarse cómodamente.
Les pedimos a todos que respeten las normas, ya que los huéspedes buscan un ambiente de paz, silencio y armonía.
Tengan en cuenta que este lugar se encuentra a 5 km del centro y a 1,5 km del mercado más cercano, y no disponemos de transporte, por lo que es importante que se sientan cómodos caminando o en taxi.

There are local buses connecting to nearby towns and also taxi services in the area (there’s no Uber).
We can coordinate a large grocery or supply shopping trip together so you can have what you need during your stay.

El acceso a internet es limitado debido a la ubicación en zona serrana. Suele funcionar bien para tareas básicas (mensajes, correos, navegación, etc.), pero no es recomendable para trabajos que requieran conexión constante o videollamadas de alta calidad. Los espacios son compartidos. 🌐 English Internet access is limited due to the mountain area location. It usually works well for basic tasks (messaging, emails, browsing, etc.), but it’s not suitable for work that requires a constant connection or high-quality video calls. All spaces are shared.
Can possibly accept pets
Se aceptan mascotas sociables, amistosas y de tamaño mediano (en la zona hay zorros, así que pedimos que las mascotas estén siempre bajo supervisión). We welcome friendly, well-socialized medium-sized pets (there are foxes in the area, so we ask that pets are always supervised).
