Description
Hi! I'm Anouk a 25-year-old French woman who just finished my studies in environmental science and my boyfriend Hugo (24yo) just finished his studies in cybersecurity. We are traveling around the Mediterranean for a year to meet people, learn new things in agriculture and construction, and pick up new languages. Using the Workaway platform lets us discover different ways of life and make amazing connections! We love nature, animals, cooking for people, hiking and trekking, and enjoying sunrises and sunsets with friends! I've worked in various fields like hospitality, tourism, market gardening, and environmental work. Hugo have worked in cybersecurity, hospitality and market gardening. Hope to hear from you soon!

Anouk : I have gained experience in hospitality, market gardening, and environmental work, which has allowed me to learn practical everyday skills.
In restaurants, I took part in kitchen and service tasks. I helped prepare meals, managed orders during busy times, and served customers as best I could.
My market gardening work helped me get familiar with growing vegetables. I tended plots, harvested crops, and used environmentally friendly methods.
In the environmental field, I contributed to conservation projects. I took part in on-site observations, assisted with restoration work, and shared ideas on good eco-friendly practices.
Hugo : I have developed a diverse set of skills through my experience in agriculture, hospitality, and cybersecurity. In agriculture, I learned how to work outdoors, use practical tools, follow seasonal routines, and collaborate with a team to complete physical tasks efficiently.
In hospitality, I gained experience in customer service, working under pressure, and communicating clearly with people from different backgrounds.
In cybersecurity, I built strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, following procedures carefully, and thinking about how to protect systems and data in a responsible way.
