Hello ciao hola oi!
We are a Brazilian-Argentinian couple living together for 10 years, the last two and a half in Europe. For us, WorkAway is our current nomad-style of life. Thanks to part of our ancestors being from Italy, we are EU citizens and so we are free to move around.
We enjoy discovering cultures, trying new food recipes and sharing our learned ones, and meeting people from all over the world. We love art and culture, we are always doing cultural activities, when not going for a hike or bike trip. We are experts in finding free things to do and always prefer the local people's way than the packaged tourist kind.
We are flexible to diverse kind of jobs and WorkAway experiencies depending on our availability, time of year, etc. Besides WorkAway, in the last year we also worked in the hospitality sector, with roles both in housekeeping and in restaurants. In summary, we have done: hospitality (from B&Bs to a 4 start resort and even a private island! doing from housekeeping to service and kitchen jobs), gardening, painting, restoration, decoration, pet-sitting, cooking, serving, some wood chopping and building, cleaning spaces and beaches, some maintenance, house-sitting, carub harvesting, etc... We are adaptable and just ask for one basic precept: to be fair (which goes both sides of course!) and treat others as equals and not cheap labour. That and to learn from each other we believe is/should be the spirit of WorkAway :)
Ana is an artist and languages teacher who loves to help people and believes that by supporting and trusting each other we'll make a better world for everyone. Worked away before through other platforms, mostly in Ecuador and Perú, in different roles like farm worker, hostel attendant, translator, etc. Enjoyed a lot those experiences and looking forward to going back on the road!
Lucas has also traveled on his own before and had great experiences with Couchsurfing (we also hosted people when living in Italy), WarmShowers, etc. Love both the life in the city as well as the countryside, having done for example a bicycle tour through Patagonia, good occasion also for his passion for photography. His background is wide, from some studies in History, work in IT and more. Can do a lot of things from gladly help with some computer stuff to mow the grass... but preferably not at the same time! xDInterests

Very interesting conversationalist, which a wide variety of knowledge and a great sense of humour.
I would highly recommend this lovely couple for any of your workaway needs.
Interesting to talk to & overall a good experience.
We wish them all the best for the future.
They have a beautiful place and you can see the warm and hard work they had put to make it as it is in a lot of details. Our caravan was also very nice and cozy, painted and decorated by previous volunteers. With the known Irish wheater it could get chilly, but the electric stove helped… read more

It was a pleasure to walk the dogs through the beach, the park, the forest (we hope and send our wishes so it remains as it is and they don't destroy it!). Each one was very adorable on their one way, crazy Sherlock, never tired Mazikeen and the old sister Joy, it was… read more
What can we say that they didn't already write on their thorough and thoughtful feedback! Oh, that's more on Ruth certainly! As she is very well organized, attentive to details and a very hospitable person. Of course we won't… read more
Together we worked on and completed numerous outdoor tasks, they got on with them without complaint, even during some unseasonably rubbish weather!
