Hi,
we are a mixed Austrian/German couple.
Last year we started to travel through different parts of Europe with our motorhome.
From October to May we travelled as Workawayers through Portugal and Spain. From July to September we will travel and workaway in Germany.
We love to meet people, have cultural exchange, eat and cook traditional food and improve our skills in different languages.
We both enjoy being outddoors. Hiking, cycling, swimming, cross country skiing are our favourite activities.
We are open-minded for all kind of jobs and would lend our hands where needed.

Thanks to our long-term stay on a farm we spend our time on herding cows in summer, looking after the farm animals or gardening. Due to Andreas work as a hiking guide we are not foreign to the contact with holiday guests. As Andrea likes to cook she loves to adopt traditional recipes.
We are used to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.

We spent almost 5 weeks with Jane and Hugh and were part of their family from the first day. Cutting, nibbling, bending, and tying 6000 grapevines was the main task. Our stay with Therese and Henk was simply wonderful. Despite continuous rain and storms, we battled bramble bushes, ivy, and giant cacti, pruned olive trees, cleared the river of undergrowth, and shaped the vegetable garden. Six stars are needed for Andrea & Andreas. They stayed with us for four weeks in Nov/Dec 2025. They are great workers, great cooks, great company. They helped moving tools and furniture to our new location. It would have been a massive job without all their efforts. We'd ne happy to see them back sometime.
