🇬🇧 Hey there!

If I had to describe myself as a traveler in just a few words, I’d say I’m a solo female traveler, always looking for cultural exchange and meaningful new experiences. And what better place than Workaway to make that happen?

The more I grow, the more I’m drawn to the idea of slow travel. I'm done ticking countries off a list. Now, I want to take the time to really connect with a place: its people, its culture, and its rhythm. That’s why I’m excited to discover Central America through Workaway.

My biggest strengths are adaptability and versatility. I’ve had the chance to travel a lot, study, and work abroad, which has taught me how to adjust quickly to a new environment and stay open-minded. Being in new environments pushes me to grow, learn new skills, and connect with people from all walks of life.
With Workaway, I’d love to contribute to your project, share a fresh perspective, and hopefully we can learn a lot from each other!

Si tuviera que describirme como viajera en pocas palabras, diría que soy una mujer viajera sola, siempre buscando intercambio cultural y experiencias nuevas y significativas. ¿Y qué mejor lugar que Workaway para lograrlo?

A medida que voy creciendo, me atrae cada vez más la idea del slow travel. Ya no quiero tachar países de una lista, sino tomarme el tiempo para conectar de verdad con un lugar: su gente, su cultura y su ritmo. Por eso me encanta la idea de descubrir América Central a través de Workaway.

Sé que mi perfil es nuevo, pero bueno, todos tenemos que empezar en algún momento, ¿verdad? Y tal vez (¡ojalá!) seas la primera persona en dejarme una reseña 😊

I speak fluent French and English, thanks to my travel experiences. I love how English connects people from all over the world — it allows me to have Swedish or Italian friends, even if we don’t speak each other’s native language! Me encanta el español. Lo aprendí en la escuela hace muuuchos años... y aunque todavía no lo hablo con mucha fluidez, lo entiendo bastante bien. Estoy muy motivada para mejorarlo durante mi estancia en América Latina. ¡Practicarlo con vosotros sería genial!

🇬🇧 I work seasonally, both at home and abroad, so I’m used to adapting to new environments quickly!

As a server : I’m used to long hours on my feet and carrying heavy things with a smile.
As a receptionist: I know how to check in guests, answer their questions, and make them feel welcome.
As a housekeeper: I’ve cleaned and organized both guest rooms and workspaces with efficiency and attention to detail.

I’ll be honest, I don’t have a lot of experience with outdoor work or building things...
But wait! I did build a bed frame in my car for a road trip all by myself. Does that count? 😄

I’m a fast learner, and if “wanting to learn new things” was a skill in itself… well, I’d be an expert!


🇪🇸 Trabajo de forma estacional, tanto en mi país como en el extranjero, así que estoy acostumbrada a adaptarme rápido a nuevos ambientes.

Como camarera: estoy acostumbrada a estar mucho tiempo de pie y a cargar cosas pesadas con una sonrisa.
Como recepcionista: sé cómo hacer el check-in de los huéspedes, responder a sus preguntas y hacer que se sientan bienvenidos.
Como limpiadora: he limpiado y organizado tanto habitaciones como espacios de trabajo con eficiencia y atención al detalle.

Voy a ser honesta — no tengo mucha experiencia en trabajos al aire libre o construcción...
Pero espera! Construí una cama para mi coche para un viaje, ¡todo yo sola! ¿Cuenta eso? 😄

Aprendo rápido, y si “tener ganas de aprender cosas nuevas” fuera una habilidad... ¡sería una experta!

🇬🇧 I'm an outdoorsy person. I love hiking, skiing, and whenever I get the chance, I enjoy trail running or going on long treks. I’m always up for new adventures, open to trying new things and meeting people from different backgrounds.

Oh, and I absolutely LOVE the beach and snorkeling. Since my hometown doesn’t have clear water, whenever I’m lucky enough to be somewhere with crystal-clear seas, you can bet I’m in the water with my snorkel mask on!

🇪🇸 Soy una persona a la que le encanta la naturaleza. Me gusta mucho hacer senderismo, esquiar, y siempre que puedo disfruto de correr por senderos o hacer largas caminatas. Siempre estoy abierta a nuevas aventuras, a probar cosas nuevas y a conocer gente de diferentes culturas.

¡Ah, y me encanta la playa y hacer snorkel! Como en mi ciudad no hay agua clara, cada vez que tengo la suerte de estar en un lugar con mar cristalino, ¡me encuentras en el agua con mi máscara de snorkel puesta!
