Hi, my name is Alice, I'm 29 and i'm from Normandy in France.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm a fairly quiet and easy-going person. I'm always ready to lend a hand. I'm willing to share convivial moments or have chill moments.

I'm currently on a WHV for 1 year, with 9 months left on this beautiful island. I'd like to take advantage of this time to discover new cultures and meet new people. I worked in the kiwis for a month and a half near Te Puke. I've had the opportunity to move around a lot in the Bay of Plenty, but now I'd like to discover new places.

I'm very sensitive to the environment and animal welfare. I would be very happy to share or help on these subjects that are close to my heart. I'm interested in permaculture, eco-building, agriculture.... . This trip will allow me to see another approach to these subjects.

I love sport and outdoor activities. Hiking for several hours with a magnificent view at the end doesn't scare me. I'd love to try my hand at surfing one day!
I love looking after animals (of all kinds). My parents have three dogs and I'm beginning to miss them. I love playing games (cards, board games, video games, etc.). I'm always up for cooking and discovering new recipes.
I am comfortable with children. I like spending time with them (playing, walking,...)
My main aim is to share a great time and speak English.

I've only just registered on this platform but I've already woofed for several weeks in France. It was on a small organic farm in the Dordogne. I helped in the mornings with the harvest. I was also a volunteer in several nature and animal welfare associations.

I studied law, but I've changed direction to stick to what I love, protecting the environment.
I'd love to improve my English here. I can teach you a few words in French if you're interested. I also have a few notions of Spanish.

I know how to look after animals (feed, clean, take care of them). I've been riding horses for 15 years. I can also take care of the garden (mowing, pruning trees, weeding,... ).
I have some computer skills (basic).
In France, I had more of an administrative job, but I do some physical work in my spare time.
I can cook a few recipes.
