Hallo, peace and blessings to you!

I am Petrissa, 26 years old and born in a small town in Germany called Bielefeld.
After finishing my studies, I finally wanted to act on my lifelong instinct of traveling the world, building bridges of memories, expanding my cultural framework. Sharing stories and gifting standing memories.

I had planned my solo trip and then unexpectedly, my life collided with Abs.. who had also envisioned a similar timelines of traveling. Life works in wondrous ways ;). So, now we are here, together, looking for various jobs during our trip.

I am a licensed social worker and Abs works in IT but we have many experiences in different fields.

We would love to help you with your current project, offer our skills, we both have experience in teaching also, but most importantly we both have a strong thirst to learn and adapt, after-all, a world trip is all be about learning!

We are very passionate about languages and love learning new ones. Right now Abs is learning German and we are both fluent in English. We are always happy to practice with others. I studied Social Work and International Studies and have always loved working with people in different settings. I’m curious, open-minded and enjoy helping out wherever I can.

Work with children and families:
Experience in family support services, providing assistance and care for children and young people, including those with disabilities.

Social work & case management:
Worked as a case manager in integration support for people with mental health conditions, offering guidance and resources to help them in their daily lives.

International and intercultural work:
supporting street children and families in Bolivia, studied abroad in Italy, student assistant in the international office at my University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld.

Education & language support:
Experience teaching German language courses and assisting with academic and social integration.

Hospitality:
Worked as a waitress and barista in cafés, developing customer service and teamwork skills.

Retail:
Experience in sales and customer support in retail environments (shops etc.).

Community engagement:
Active in student organizations (AStA, student parliament), with a focus on communication, public relations, and event organization.

Project assistance:
Experience in project coordination, office organization, and working in teams with flexible responsibilities.

I am open-minded, reliable and enthusiatic. I adapt quickly to new environments, bring a positive attitude, and like to support others with empathy and patience.
