Hi, I’m Marie! Thanks for checking out my profile 🙂

In 2019, I travelled solo for 7 months across Asia, the USA and Guadeloupe with my backpack. Since then, I’ve loved connecting with locals, learning new skills and discovering new ways of living. I prefer volunteering over being a simple tourist — it’s the best way to grow, share and meet amazing people.

I’ve done several Workaway experiences:
• Vietnam – Family guesthouse: helping with kids, cleaning, table service and various tasks.
• USA (New York State) – One month on a farm: helping with sheep, horses, chickens and dogs. Hard work but unforgettable, and I learned so much!

Pet & House Sitting

I also do pet sitting and house sitting. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats in different homes while the owners were away. I’m reliable, caring and I keep both the animals and the house safe, clean and comfortable.

Digital Nomad

I’m a digital nomad, which means I work online and can work from anywhere in the world. This lifestyle makes me very flexible with dates and locations, and I can easily adapt to your schedule and availability.

What I can help with

I practice scrapbooking and I love creating handmade gifts. I really enjoy organizing activities, small events, parties and surprises for kids or adults.

I have experience in babysitting and I genuinely love spending time with children — playing, teaching, creating or helping with daily routines.

I also love animals and I’m used to having cats at home, so taking care of pets feels very natural to me.

I enjoy teaching, especially languages or creative tasks, and I love cooking and sharing meals.

I have had my driver’s licence since I was 18, and I’m used to driving abroad, even in countries where the steering wheel is on the right. 😉
