  Hello! Im Ignacio, from the beautifull Valparaíso in Chile. I am currently opening a new Hostel in the city, in a renewed wonderfull house. We want to create a team of people that can be linked by the passion for travelling, freedom through co-creation and selfsustainable living. This project borns after my own travels around the continent, and my dream to make a place for travellers feel at home and have the best experience in one of my favourite cities in the world

  They will have a lot of free time, to travel and discover the city / country. The ideal would be that the travellers can discover and fall in love with Valparaíso so then they can offer a good and passionate vision to the guests of the hostel. Valparaíso is one of the main cultural cities of South América, so you will always have something to learn and enjoy!

  Help

  Im requiring people to form a team for different daily tasks, like help with the hostel organization and mainly reception desk work. But also I offer the space and creativity for you to create your own activities like walking tours, parties, films festival, sports events, painting or music events, or also to decorate, plant, create something new that can bring value to the house (ideas accepted!). We are responsable of creating a great atmosphere so both, guests and hosts, can have a good time and live with good vibe.

  Accommodation

  We can offer a bunk bed in a private room with private bathroom for the staff team (4 people). Breakfast and foods included, but we have to cook it everyday in the kitchen.

  What else ...

  The idea is to work as a team or "family" where all can work together, help each other and also enjoy ourselves. We will have a calendar to have the work hours organized and the days off too. If you need days for travel around the country, it would be possible with previous organization. Valparaíso is a city with a lot to offer, personally I love to discover the street art of the city, and the different hills of "Valpo", each one with something beatifull and different to discover. Also you have very good gastronomy, nightlife, beaches, good connection with the country's capital Santiago, etc.
  I moved to Valparaíso 2 years ago and im still discovering different things, and having the best time. I love to walk around with my camera and take some pictures of the street art and the wonderfull ocean views. The house where the hostel works, is in the middle of the most touristic zone, wich is basically in the center of the city, very well connected. There are always activities and things to do!
