Set in a beautiful mountain location in the Lake District, North West England, where Wordsworth wrote some of his most famous poems, we are currently able to accommodate one person with solid hospitality experience to join our small, friendly team.

The role is primarily bar-focused, particularly supporting weddings and events, so confidence working behind a busy bar and delivering friendly, professional service is essential. In addition to bar shifts, the role also includes some help with breakfast preparation and light housekeeping, supporting the wider hospitality team.

You’ll be working alongside a welcoming, international team who are happy to show you around, support your role, and help you settle in.

Outside of work, the setting is truly special. There are innumerable walks straight from the door, with valleys, mountains, waterfalls and lakes all within walking distance so perfect for rock climbers and wild swimming. The property also has beautiful gardens and woodland, ideal if you enjoy spending time outdoors, photography, drawing or painting landscapes.

We are just a 10-minute walk from Grasmere village, with good transport links for exploring further afield, as well as local shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants.

We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to provide further information to anyone interested.
