A kangaroo stands on green grass in a sunlit area, partially shaded by trees and foliage. Its ears are upright, and it appears alert and calm.
Several tall, thick-trunked trees with long, spiky green leaves dominate the scene. Dense foliage surrounds them, with some debris and overgrown plants on the ground.
A driveway with cracked concrete leads to a carport. Green grapevines cover the carport, and a car is parked inside. Overcast sky above.
An older man with white hair and beard stands outside, wearing a green shirt with a Buddha design. He smiles, giving two thumbs up, surrounded by plants.

    Description

Syntropic in the making, please help.
Live in a spacious mud and natural timber home with your own large motel style room with on suite, on a 10 acre block which is in various stages of returning to nature and being developed into a syntropic farm.
It’s situated in NSW mid-north coast with a 20 minute drive to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
I’m in my late seventies with lots of ideas and plans to further develop this ex-cattle grazing land into something more beautiful and productive.
I’ve hosted woofers previously and have been praised as the best ever. I’ll try to keep that up.
