Description
We're looking for a friendly and practical person who enjoys helping out with a few different projects around our home in Rabat, Malta. The help is varied, so there's something for people who like being organised, creative, or simply enjoy working with their hands.
One of the main projects is organising and tidying a residential garage by sorting tools and equipment, cleaning shelves, reducing clutter, and creating a more functional space. If you enjoy bringing order to things, you'll probably find this very satisfying. We also have some traditional Maltese sign writing projects, where you can help paint hand-lettered signs and decorative details. It's a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys art, painting, or would like to learn a local craft. From time to time, we'd also appreciate a hand with cleaning and looking after our private sailing boat, including washing, polishing, tidying, and other light maintenance tasks.
You don't need to be experienced in everything. We're much more interested in someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys practical work, is reliable, and is happy to learn. Whether you're naturally organised, creative, or simply enjoy helping out, we'd be happy to welcome you.
The exchange focuses on helping around our private home, personal storage space, and private sailing boat. Accommodation is provided in our guesthouse, giving you a comfortable place to stay while you experience life in Rabat, one of Malta's most beautiful and historic towns. In your free time, you'll be able to explore the local area, enjoy the island, and experience everyday life in Malta.
If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about yourself, what interests you most, and anything you'd like to share about your skills or hobbies. We look forward to meeting someone who enjoys practical projects, creativity, and becoming part of our home for a while.
