    Description

    We live in Mangaroa on 10 acres with horses, cattle, sheep, chickens and our dog. I am looking for self motivated independent people who want to learn and enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor tasks for 3-4 hrs per day.

    Our home is 35 mins drive off peak from Wellington CBD. There is also train stations within 10 min drive. You will need a car or bicycle!

    I have two horses, mine and my daughters . The chickens are eggs for our own consumption.

    Own bedroom, queen sized bed, desk / chair / monitor . House is two story with seperate TV room and main lounge.

    The room provided has a queen bed and is next to the downstairs bathroom (family rooms are upstairs with the second bathroom). We have high speed internet and this would also suit digital nomads.

    Bush walks close by (5min drive) , easy access to wairarapa by car or by train. Wellington CBD is also accessible by car or train.

    The room has a desk, office chair and extra monitor. Internet connection is Starlink unlimited. I work In IT and work from home 1 -2 days a week and find this connection good for ms teams video calls and coauthoring on documents.

    Have large gravel turn around area and side parking space suitable for camper vans. Also have external power plug via the carport suitable for a camper van. Also a second bathroom on the ground floor (via laundry) that has been used when we had friends staying with their campervans
