Travellers will get a chance to experience Estonian culture from a very secure position, interacting with locals and travellers alike. You should be able to learn some Estonian, and have take part in cultural events. This most of all a great opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, property management systems etc for those thinking some day to open their own bed and breakfast or hostel. If you have no previous experience in customer service, this most likely is not the best fit for you.
