Description
Escape the city and be part of something meaningful. We’re creating an off-grid eco farm just outside Marrakesh, combining sustainable building, organic gardening, caring for animals, and a mindful approach to daily life.
Your days may include helping us build with natural materials, tending to our vegetable gardens, planting trees, feeding and caring for our farm animals, and learning practical farming skills to grow your own food. We begin each morning with peaceful meditation sessions to set the tone for the day, and often end evenings with art ateliers where we explore creativity together.
In return, you’ll enjoy healthy meals, a peaceful environment, and the opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and live simply.
We welcome open-minded and motivated people who enjoy teamwork, creativity, and the beauty of rural Morocco. No experience is necessary — just bring a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Staying with us is an opportunity to experience authentic Moroccan village life and the customs of the Amazigh people. You’ll have the chance to learn about traditional farming methods, seasonal planting, and local cooking. We often share stories, music, and tea in the traditional way, and you can explore the rhythms of rural life far from the busy city.
You’ll also discover the deep connection the Amazigh have with the land from building techniques that use natural materials to the cultural values of hospitality and community. In return, we welcome you to share your own traditions, recipes, skills, or art with us, creating a true cultural exchange.

Tree planting & landscaping: Expanding our green spaces and maintaining the land.
Creative projects: Participating in evening art ateliers and helping us design beautiful, functional spaces.
Mindful community life: Taking part in morning meditation sessions and sharing mindfulness or wellbeing practices with the group.
