    Description

We running an automotive country workshop where we fix and service cars, 4WDs, trailers, tractors and all sorts of machinery. In our spare time we look after our little farm, some sheep, some cattle and a pig. And we are always in need of a couple of helpful hands to support us and help looking after the gardens and the house and the animals. We grow most of our own food, from bananas to meat, we make our own wine and beer, juices and jams. Our house is an older farm house, that is nice and warm, but always needs a bit of attention and renovating. There also some rather big trees that need felling and turning into firewood.

In our spare time we look after our little farm, some sheep, some cattle and a pig. And we are always in need of a couple of helpful hands to support us with that. We always need someone who is a gun at weeding or painting or can help with feeding the animals.
Oh man and we love to get to know different cultures and people.
We grow and eat our own meat, fruit and vegetables. Gustav also brews his own beer and makes wine and cider. The brewing season has started again and there's cider, wine and various beers to taste.

A mature, non-smoking, self-organized person, preferable not a vegetarian, to give us a hand with house and land, would fit best into our lifestyle.
You will have to join into our daily routines: breakfast is at 7 am and then we feed all the animals, especially the hungry pig and the dogs (otherwise there's a lot of hungry noise around the house) and work starts at 7.45 am. We need to get everyone organized before customers arrive in the workshop. We expect about 4 hours help per day and we offer a nice room with a lovely warm bed, great meals, and a reasonable amount of Wifi, which is a bit limited due to our location.
Weekends are mostly free, depending on the hours you worked during the week. We integrate our helpers like a family member and mostly have only one at a time. This way you can experience a true Kiwi lifestyle.
Our home is on a 2ha lifestyle block, which also accommodates our business.
We have a small orchard with a variety of fruit trees, including bananas, a vegetable garden and a big garden around the house with goldfish ponds and large lawns and lots of flowers.
