Description
Hi hi, my name is Melanie and living with my husband Bas and our 2 kids (Senne, 17 years & Livvy 11 years) and our two labradors Jack & luna in Portugal, Algarve. We moved to our beautiful property with 48 ha, salt water pool, beautiful nature around us, after living in Amsterdam. Our land is close to Silves (15 minutes).
Why we moved to Portugal? To be more in contact with Mother Nature and ourself. We are looking for an enthusiastic and happy couple willing to work and on our property.
Something about us:
Sebastian is a ENT Docter and working with a holistic view and Melanie is owner of Yokoso, an organization which organize medical retreats for clients with nerves system problems. We love to work together and sharing life together. We love nature, be-ing and talk about the deeper meaning of life.
There are different projects for the coming months to help us with, like:
- Helping around the house
- General Maintenance
- Maintenance of the land that have been already cleared
- Tree planting
- Helping to clean the house and some other tiny houses on weekly bases
We are always looking for skillful people like carpenters, tree surgeons, but more important is that you are a happy couple who likes to join our family life for a couple of month. December and Januari there is a room available in the main house.
Understand that we are a family with two kids. It is important for us that any person arriving to our land is a good example for them. We provide a space where we can work more in community way, its in progress, but

The land has got a very special vibe, we have many friends visiting regularly and we are always busy doing jobs together on the terrain, in the house and enjoying life. I guess living, cooking, working, and having good times together with many different people is in our vains, since that's what we've always done.. happy to welcome you into that lifestyle :-)

We are looking for a couple who likes to help us 4/5 hours a day for the coming weeks

- Help around the house
- General Maintenance
- Maintenance of the land that have been already cleared

- Cleaning
- Cooking for family
We are always looking for skillful people like carpenters, tree surgeons, cookers, but more important is that you are a happy couple who is flexible and likes to join our family life for a couple of weeks.

Accommodation
We have a yurt available with an outdoor bathroom, with spectacular view to the south coast of the Algarve with an eco toilet. Also possible to park your campervan at one of the beautiful nature spots.
You can use the salt water swimming pool and chill in the garden where we have many nice spots to chill.
