  Description

  We are running two Apartment Holiday houses and a B&B in the middle of the Alps in Sölden. In summer it is a paradise for biking, hiking, rafting, climbing and all kinds of adventure in nature.
  
  We are a small family with 2 little kids and live in Innsbruck - that's the next big city about 1 hour form Sölden. We have our mountain loving house keeper on site in Sölden, he is taking care of our guest when we are not there and is also mainly responsible for the clean of the apartments. In our summer season from 2nd week of June till mid of September some supportive help taking care of our guests would be needed. You would be responsible for the cleaning of our apartments and rooms and be there if our guests need any help.
  
  SUMMER:
  Main project: This summer we are looking for someone to support our permanent on-site property manager with the daily work (guest reception, cleaning, on-site guest support) and some small renovation projects. For this we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is reliable and has experience in keeping a place neat and tidy.
  
  You will definitely have a lot of free time :) to explore the surrounding nature.
  We can provide a simple accommodation for you (and a friend of you) and a shared kitchen where you can cook and sit together. As we live in Innsbruck we won't be on site all the time but of course we'll be always around if you need our help.
  
  WINTER:
  In winter our B&B is a lot more buissy than in summer, therefore we are looking for 2 people who fully take care of the B&B inkluding the whole guest journey. You would be responsible for the following tasks: welcoming the guests, reception work (registrations, local taxes), preparing and serving breackfast, cleaning the rooms and house, preparing afternoon tea, some laundry and the check out. On the main arrival and departure days we would all help together to do apartments or rooms. Philipp or me will be on site to give you at least one full free day a week. When there are no changeovers you will have free time after breackfast and a little cleaning check-up (arround 11 am). The arrival and departure days are more intensive with cleaning work first and after this being arround for check-in.

  At our apartment house you will be able to get to know people from all over the world visiting Sölden for their summer holidays. You will welcome our guests, give them information about what to do and what to see and be there if help is needed. We will be in Sölden to work with you not all the time but our "permanent workaway" hous keeper, who is an absolute mountain ambassador, is there most of the time and will defenitely be very happy to help you plan many outdoor adventures.
  
  You have the great opportunity to experience how it is to live in a village in the middle of the mountains, surrounded by nature. You will have a free accommodation as a base for all different kind of outdoor sports in and around Sölden.
  
  Summer: Additionally you will get a salary of 10,- € per hour.
  Winter: if you commit to stay the whole season we offer nice benefits like a season ski ticket in addition to the salary

  Help

  We have 2 apartment houses - one is freshly renovated - the other one stil needs all hands on. The apartments and the furtiture are quite old, our goal is it to give all 5 apartments a little facelift (e.g. new flooring, building some diy furniture, installing new kitchen countertops, sewing new curtains, ...)
  
  Main duty: Your main job will be to support our on site house manager with the daily job of cleaning the apartments, welcoming guests, making sure the house is clean and nice for our guests.

  Simple singel-/or double room with shower/bath and toilet and balcony.
  You can use our breakfast room with shared kitchen to cook, eat and sit together.

  Beside the many different outdoor sport possibilities (mountain biking, tracking, hiking, climbing, canyoning, rafting, .... )
  there is a good connection from Sölden to Innsbruck - the next bigger city. Also Italy is not fare away for some days off :)
  
  Some hiking adventures might be:
  - crossing our glaciers
  - staying over night at more than 3.000m above see level
  - sun rise from the top of the mountains
