Description
I was born and raised downtown Toronto, where I work from home. Living in the heart of the city means having incredible neighborhoods, diverse food scenes, art, and culture right at your doorstep. I love hosting and sharing the best local spots and hidden gems with travelers from all over the world.
When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active at the gym, playing tabletop games and video games, keeping up with manga and anime, and checking out local art galleries and museum exhibits.
What to Expect & Local Vibe
The Neighborhood: Excellent access to public transit, amazing food (especially Turkish and diverse local eats), and easy access to major cultural spots like the Art Gallery of Ontario and Royal Ontario Museum.
The Living Space: A comfortable, relaxed, and tidy home base where you can unwind after a day of exploring or working.
The Atmosphere: Easygoing, respectful, and open-minded. I enjoy getting to know my guests, sharing a meal or a drink, and exchanging stories, while also respecting everyone’s personal space and downtime.
I’m quite new to Workaway but here is my couchsurfing profile

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Living in downtown Toronto puts you right in the heart of one of the most multicultural cities in the world. As someone who loves local food culture, arts, and meaningful connections, I enjoy helping guests experience the city beyond the typical tourist spots.
During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Explore Toronto’s Cultural Hubs: I hold memberships to world-class institutions like the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) and the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), and I'm happy to share guest access so you can explore the city’s rich art and history.
Connect with the Community: I appreciate the philosophy of sonder—realizing every passerby has a life as vivid and complex as our own—and I love host exchanges where we can share stories, travel experiences, and perspectives over a good meal or a casual evening.
Whether we’re exploring neighborhood markets, discussing past travels, or enjoying a quiet night in, you’ll get an authentic, welcoming taste of life in downtown Toronto. -
