  Description

  Hello!
  Healthy couple with a cosy small house with a garden/terrace in Can Picafort (Mallorca). 200 metres from the sea. And a nice cat that loves attention at all times.
  GIRL/ Former fashion model, graduate student, easy going, loves gardening, diving, snorkeling, reading, swimming, yoga, etc and she is writing a book, . She speaks German, Italian, French, English and Spanish
  BOY/ Strategy consultant, businessman and environmentalist, semiprofessional whitewater kayaker. Speaks English, Spanish and French.
  We are not on holidays in Mallorca. Pretty busy, studying, working, travelling and not home very much. This experience is better suited for the independent traveller, comfortable with their own agenda and plans. However, one of us will always be at the house to attend/supervise work away and have a nice time. All good,
  We both enjoy watersports (kayaking, SUP, windsurfing, biking, swimming, etc) but at different levels. For those interested, happy to take out adventurous workawayers in our regular sea kayaking and snorkeling trips along the beautiful majorcan coast line.
  
  Both nomads, schooled in the US and Europe. Minimum stay one week please, 2 weeks perfect, extendable if there is fit.
  
  MEALS: We are like university students with no routine. We please ask that you buy your food and cook your meals. Happy to do that together if it fits agendas Shops nearby and gladly car support for heavier items
  
  HELP WE ARE SEEKING: Mainly home improvements, painting and DIY tasks, renovation of old furniture, moving things around, cleaning, etc. Also gardening, cutting grass and watering trees. I guess 3-4 hours/day M-F. Tbd
  
  House is nice and comfy, but old, being renovated as we speak. Do not expect luxury.
  
  Good opportunity to enjoy a Mallorca adventure (sports, cultural, beaches, gastronomy, etc) at your own pace but with all our knowledge and support, while you help with a very nice "home improvement project". We have many wáter toys that can be used freely (Kayaks, Sups, bicycles, etc).

  Good attitude is the most important trait, as we can adjust workload to your skills.
  
  HELP WE ARE SEEKING: Mainly home improvements, painting and DIY tasks, renovation of old furniture, moving things around, cleaning.. Also Gardening, cutting grass and watering trees. I guess 3-4 hours/day M-F.
  No smoking in the house please, OK outdoors.
  We are quite independent and prefer like-minded people with positive and easy going attitude.
  We love nature and sports in all its forms. We are energetic but also relaxed.
  Please note that we are not very "handyman/woman" ourselves, so you will not learn much from us, sorry. You will learn mainly by doing and googling solutions to AI. Lots to do haha.

  Accommodation

  We would prefer the workawayer to stay at the private loft that we are fixing in the garage/basement. If not ready, we have a room also in the main house, but mainly for familiy when they visit. Entire house is actually being renovated, hence we really appreciate your DIY help. House has several bedrooms, bathrooms, and a huge basement and garage, nice garden with grass, a massage room, and an attic with a nice private terrace (which will be yours to use privately).
  
  There might be other workawayers at the house when you get here. Please let us know if you are fine with this. Thanks

  What else ...

  Lots to do in the area: fishing, hiking, cycling, swimming, rafting, kayaking on rivers and lakes, horse bike riding.
  Or nothing, just relaxing, reading in or go skinny dipping in the beautiful Mallorca beaches.
  House is walking distance to both urban beaches (Can Picafort and Muro Beach_Google this, rated top 3 beach in Spain!) and SON Serra and SON Real, two natural parks/nudist beaches, for those more adventurous. You don´t need a car to explore or move around.
  
  Our house is peaceful but very close (walking distance) to bars, discos, restaurants and the lively/sociable area of Can Picafort. Also close to the bus terminal, easy to get from airport and visit other parts of the Island.
  House is still a little messy, but getting better every day very fast, Your help will be much appreciated and we think it is rewarding task, as you will see the results of your work right away.
  
  Please let us know 1) if would like to do the watersports/sea kayaking trips and if you have experience or not 2) Stay at the basement loft or bedroom in main house, 3) If u are OK sharing experience with other workawayers, maximum 3, everybody in their own room.
