    Description

My name is Clotilde, I am French, my husband David is Irish and we have 2 lovely kids. We both have a passion for wholesome, home-grown & home-made quality foods. This passion has motivated us to change our lives and we have embraced a new lifestyle of working the land in an holistic/permacultural way in order to sustain ourself and a part of the community around us.

The farm is taking a lot of our time and we would need your help to look after the farm, house, the garden and the children for a few hours everyday.

We are rearing poultry on pasture guarded by 3 Pyrenean Mountain dogs and growing vegetables our big polytunnel. We also have several ecological scheme in place and it is very close to our heart to improve bio-diversity on our land. We have planted hundreds of meter of hedges on the property and also several acres of native woodland.

We are a friendly & very hospitable young family with 2 kids.
If you are looking to spend some time in a beautiful mountain landscape, 15 minutes from the stunning Dungarvan bay In the Sunny South East, please get in touch with us.
