Come and join us in the world-famous Salsa capital, Cali! We are a fairly new hostel which over the past 2 years have also opened our dancing schools, one for salsa and one for bachata taught by our team of professional dancers. We also work on ecological projects such as rainwater conservation, composting for food growing and a lot more! While we have our on team of professionals here, we love to involve volunteers to be creative with us and share ideas!
What we are looking for:
1. We always need people to help out with our digital marketing: day-to-day we need help managing our social media accounts however we would really like someone with experience to take initiative and help boost our digital marketing with their own projects and their own computer (minimum two-week stay)
2. We also always have space for cleaning, no experience necessary just the right attitude (minimum two-week stay).
3. And we are open to hosting any creative professionals, especially professional gardeners and professional artists for wall murals (minimum one-month stay).
Who we are:
We are a hostel located in San Fernando, one of the most dynamic and safe areas in Cali. The hostel is just 600m from Pan-American Park and 1.8 km from Saint's Peter Cathedral. We are located close to Jorge Garcés Borrero Library, The Dog's Park and Artisan Park Loma de la Cruz.
We are excited to welcome you into our diverse team, and we look forward to seeing what you can bring to the table!

In Cali, you will certainly not get bored! We can recommend the best local places and the cheapest ways to explore the city. We also can help improve your Spanish or your dancing skills, as well as giving you a taste of Colombian culture.
Like any hostel our needs are everchanging so you’ll be doing a lot of different tasks, depending on your expertise and our current needs. We usually need help within a variety of different fields, so if you have experience or expertise in construction, dancing, marketing/ social media, everyday maintenance etc., please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Think you can help us in another way? Please let us know.
We are looking for outgoing and friendly people who can help us to grow our dream. Your work schedule will depend on what kind of work you will be doing but expect a standard 5 days a week (this too can be adapted if you are working on a special project).
