  • Description

We are a beautiful villa among Tuscan hills in the area of Monte Amiata--ancient volcano covered with chestnut forests. We have several hundred olive trees, a small permaculture vegetable garden with a bigger one planned, a vineyard that is now being planted, two swimming pools with thermal water and breathtaking views.

The villa consists of two houses with a total of 11 guest rooms.

We host various seminars and events, from yoga retreats to culinary courses and art exhibitions. By end-June we are also opening a restaurant with the idea of using only locally grown produce (mostly coming from our own vegetable garden and from the farms around us) with maximum respect of the products, modern and traditional cooking methods and contemporary take on traditional Tuscan recipes.

This project has started only 2 years ago so there is a lot to do to turn this wonderful property with great potential into an enchanting paradise for seminar participants, workers and anyone else willing to come and spend time with us.

My name is Yuri, and I am in charge of all things happening here. I am an American of Russian origin, my family lives in France. Apart from managing the villa, I am the chef of our restaurant and love to take part in all gardening works.

    What else ...

Besides wandering in beautiful cities and looking at Renaissance art, there are many other things you can do in Tuscany. For example, you can learn to cook or just taste Tuscan food, do trekking, golf or go to a health spa.
