I am a biologist and have masters degree in protected areas management. I have been living and working with different indigenous communities throughout the Colombian Amazon jungle since 2013. I really know how to get around the amazon jungle, I am also a photographer and documentary film maker.
since 2019 in Mitu, Vaupes, we have been stablishing a 20 ha natural reserve nearby town. We started building a traditional ritual house followed by a plant nursurie and a bathroom. Currently we are finishing the building of a wood cabin in the shape of a butterfly in the middle of the forest. We plan to build some study stations, tree platforms and cabins spread around the reserve in the future.
In our traditional house or maloca lives an indigeneous makuna family.
We are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
