Hi, we are a small family living in beautiful Vienna, Austria. We, that is: Two adults (44 & 50) and one child (6), living in a vegetarian, non-smoking, alcohol-free household.

Help
We are looking for a cheerful, friendly and responsible person to support with
- bringing to and picking up from school,
- playing, singing, dancing, reading,
- going outdoors,
- having fun
- being creative
- preparing small meals and supporting the child in staying tidy
- good German skills are absolutely necessary
You should feel comfortable spending time with an extrovert, very chatty child who is full of ideas and games and be able to state clear, friendly boundaries if necessary, as well as being interested in creativity and play. Previous experience with children (regular daycare/babysitting, smaller brothers, workaway, or pedagogical training…) is definitely a plus.
Usually we will be needing help from Mo.-Fr. from 6:45am to 8am and from 4pm to 7:45pm. 1-2x a month we would be needing support on a weekend day (instead of on a weekday). Feel free to inquire, if you have any questions.
You are welcome to live along with our family and we will support you in feeling at home and happy in Vienna - discovering the cultural offers and leisure activities this wonderful city provides.

We require you to understand and speak German at least at an intermediate level. We are only able to host you, if you speak German at at least an intermediate level.
Accommodation
Your accomodation would be a very nice, fully furnished bedroom.
It is a family household, whenever possible we have meals together.
Our household is vegetarian, non-smoking and alcohol-free.
We live in a large, quiet apartment with a very good infrastructure (public transport, cultural and sports and leisure activities nearby including swimming), there is a garden and a terrace and a roof terrace, as well as very friendly neighbours. Vienna is a peaceful, serene and very safe city with pure, good-tasting drinking water. Even living in the city, our house offers a warm and welcoming community.

The bonding happened almost quicker than humanly possible and I wasn‘t bored for a second. The little man is incredibly cute and very playful.
By now I live in Vienna and our friendship has grown ever since. I still spend a lot of time with these lovely humans❤️❤️
