I been living in japan for 8 years , been doing carpentry and learn alot about japanese way of building, now I am working as chef in new zealand restaurant , I am really interested in farming and living with land so I decided to go offgrid , been living in ecovillage in usa , I love it so I want do my ohne comunity , I find a beautiful 100 years old japanese akiya house still very strong with a beautiful land 2 acres, I am planing to plant rice vegetables and fruits , my village is between hyogo city and the mountain its perfect location for people who like hiking or cycling also there are lot of hotsprings, its farm village so its good if you want learn japanese way of farming also real japanese culture

Its a small village near the mountain , very beautiful , people are very nice you can learn a lot of japanese culture and japanese way of doing things , we will stay in one room of the house while we are renovation other rooms
I am buying a traditional japanese farm house with 2 acres of land , I will start renovation on december , so I need your help with easy carpentry or cleaning , also I want start gardening we can go step by step to make a beautiful land ....

Hyogo prefecture is one of the best mountain in japan , you can go hiking , treking or cycling , there are a lot of temples and shrines , near is famous arima onsen 30min by bus
