  Hi there, thank you for viewing my listing.
  This is Makoto, the owner of the Guesthouse.
  I work for the guesthouse in a suburb of Tokyo, Japan.
  The guesthouse motto is -Enjoy Your Stay-
  It's not enough to have only a bed to sleep on to enjoy your stay; when I was enjoying it, there were many people with me.
  You can enjoy sightseeing, eating, and drinking more if you share the experience with someone.
  It's a good place to meet travelers here.
  It is a very good mood from friendly staff.
  
  Only friendly and kind people are available to work here.
  
  It's about 8 minutes walk from Kameari Station, JR line.
  It's located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk to the river and big park so you can relax.
  In 3 minutes walk, there are 2 supermarkets, a lunch box shop, some small local bars, 2 convenience stores, and a sushi restaurant.
  It's a very convenient location to live.
  After traveling around 60 countries, I started working for this guesthouse to communicate, enjoy, and support travelers.
  I already know that the most important thing to enjoy traveling is communication with the roommate, and this guesthouse is the best spot in Tokyo.
  I hope you will be able to enjoy your work and stay here with the guests;)
  
  I am preparing to make a new guesthouse near Mt. Fuji.
  The new guesthouse will open at the end of Autumn 2026.
  It is under construction, and I have not fixed the date yet.
  I will have a free accommodation and drinks party in the new one to take pictures for online.
  Let me know if you are interested in it.
  I am on the way to fix the operation with my partner, I think I will need one or two staff there.
  It is located 5 minutes walk from Mt, Fuji station.
  
  I bought a house in May 2026 and will make some rooms for the cheap shared house.
  After preparing it, the staff needs work for the share house too.
  It is about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse and about a 10-minute walk from Kameari Station.
  I will provide bicycles for each staff;)

  I like to go to an onsen and a local bar and restaurant.
  Let's go together!
  There are many guests from overseas, and they enjoy themselves together, so you will join and enjoy with them.
  There is no meaning in going sightseeing and taking pictures alone.
  I hold a cooking event in the guesthouse with the guests, so you can learn to cook Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, etc.
  One of my favorite local bar owners is a member of the Omikoshi event member so you can find the festival easily, and I will take you and your roommate when it's near the guesthouse.

  Help

  Guesthouse operation.
  From 10 AM, pick up the linens from check-out beds, wash and hang them.
  Clean the floor, toilets, and washing space.
  Bed make every checked-out room.
  It takes about 2-3 hours.
  From 5 PM, work for the check-in guests to give instructions and let them know the rules for their stay here and show inside of this guesthouse.
  Check-in time is from 5 PM until 10 PM, but it’ll be finished when the last one checks in.
  
  Cleaning is easy; I will show you and let you know which tool you choose.
  I don't mind if you can clean well or not at first, but you will become cleaning well soon.
  Only friendly people or those who like to make friends with anyone will be available to work here,
  We will provide a bed in the dorm or a house near the guesthouse.
  Minimum wage is 1,226yen per hour.

  This host offers a language exchange
  I can speak Japanese because I am Japanese, you can try to communicate in Japanese with me. English is fluent but native speaker speaks quick chat cannot understand. There are many guests from many countries and the English level is different from the person. If you cannot speak slowly for me or for the guests who cannot speak English well, please not to apply this position.

  Accommodation

  A bunk bed in the dorm in the guesthouse or the house.
  The shared house is about 15 minutes walk from the guesthouse; you can use a bicycle.

  What else ...

  You can go sightseeing after cleaning or have a day off when a nice roommate invites you to an event.
  It's my pleasure; you will enjoy your stay here.
  Feel free to ask me when you want to have a day off.
  I offer 5days working but if you want to go somewhere, you can change the day off.
  Usually there are 2 staff, so you can share the shift.
  It’s about 8minutes walk from Kameari Station, JR line. North east side of Tokyo.
  The wage is 1,226yen per hour, and I provide a bed for you.
  I am preparing to open the shared house 15 minutes from the guesthouse.
  It will be your accommodation when it will be fully booked in the guesthouse.
  There is a balcony on the top of the house, and I like to sit and drink in the evening;)
  I hope you like it too.
