    Description

I am a retired medical herbalist living on 5 acres of land. My work is to grow herbs for medicine, and make an edible landscape with lots of fruit and nut trees. There's 20 chickens freeranging, 1 dog Tosca, & 2 goats busy eating the edible landscape. The farm lies between the Whangarahi river and Ara Manawa stream. There are 2 Landshare people and 1 or 2 wwoofers helping out, the work is diverse, we just made an enclosure for Blossom the goat, planted kumara in October, dug wild ginger from streamside to bulk up the compost pile. On rainy days do cleaning or make tinctures.
