Description
I am a retired American sailing my 13 meter sailboat around the world. My insurance requires that I have one crew on board for longer passages. I seek one crew or a couple, preferably with some sailing experience, to assist in sailing from Vanuatu to Port Moresby, PNG and/or Port Moresby to Darwin, Australia. Departure from Luganville (Ispiritu Santo) circa 24 October and from Port Moresby circa 10 November, arrival in Darwin approximately ten days later.
"Gillean" is a clean, safe monohull I had built for safe ocean passage making. I have been sailing her for eleven years and have voyaged 35,000 nautical miles, visiting two dozen countries and calling on more than 300 islands. I am looking for volunteer crew. I pay all boat expenses and provide meals, you pay for your transportation to/from the boat.
