    Description

    We are Joana and Daniel,
Our travels took us around the world and to many workaways, we were filled with inspiration and ideas. Now we have found a little spot for us in southern Tasmania. Its early days of our project and we have lots of ideas for the land we have 59 acres. Overall we are looking to create a landscape that is rich in biodiversity and can provide for us and our local community.
A bit about us, we are 33&35, we like to work hard and have a lot of fun as we go. We love adventures, hiking, camping, spearfishing, diving and what else comes our way. Joana is Portuguese and Daniel from Australia, we love to be social and spend quality time with people. Always keen to learn and share knowledge.

We both work for the same company we leave early in the morning and back in the afternoon, so we hope that you can work autonomously since we are away most of the day. (this is really important!!!)
We are committed to improving our lifestyle and habits, find healthy food alternatives and creating our little piece of paradise to live in harmony with nature.

When you stay with us you will get the chance to see our friendly platypus in the dam, along with many other native species (spotted quoll, wallabies, eagles, ... ). We also have some farm animals: goats, cows turkeys and chickens.
Geeveston is a small town in the Huon Valley, it's a charismatic town. The region is known for its good quality food products as well as the picturesque scenery.
We are surrounded by many different mountains with awesome hikes and the ocean is only around the corner with beautiful beaches.
We will happily give you advice on what to do in the Valley, we also hope to take you with us on one of the adventures with our friends.
