Our organization works to improve and support tourism and environmental awareness in the Sundre and Olds area by offering ecotourism and traditional cultural exchange in this special part of Alberta.
We offer salaried compensation at Alberta minimum wage for workers for all work they do at the lodge during the day.

Learn about wildhorses and farm life. Check out the trails in the foothills of Sundre. Take advantage of the mountains just next door. See the vast expanse of stars in the night sky.
We host retreats for many many local hobby groups, get to know one of the many groups that gather at our property and learn about their crafts, skill and history at the rustic lodge.
These groups have been coming to the lodge for 10+ years!

Help
We would like help with gardening and landscaping on our property and general upkeep. We always have opportunities available for a young able bodies person to help around our special property.
Someone who can multitask, is great and sociable with locals and visitors who visit our property to learn about the area and enjoy the area, and most of all someone who is willing to grow with us and this special growing tourism pocket.

Accommodation
We provide ample accommodations for workaways. We have additional guest space which can comfortable accommodate a workawayer. We have a shared kitchen which is a good place for the workaway to cook or experiment with their meals. Our chef will be happy to learn more about your personal cultural cooking as well.
Our spaces are always secured with a personal lock for your belongings, heated, and up to code.

Take time off and enjoy the modern city of Calgary just one hour away. Explore the mountains of Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, and more. Don't forget to take a picture at the top of the mountain.
