  The space is going through a transition: it used to have a more communal focus, but now I'm prioritizing a simple, organized, and practical way of running things on a daily basis.
  
  It's a quiet house, where we sometimes have guests, but it's not a place with a lot of constant activity. The main idea is to keep the space clean, tidy, and running smoothly.
  
  I'm looking for someone who wants to help with practical tasks like cleaning, tidying, general maintenance, and occasionally assisting with guests. There are also some simple gardening tasks.
  
  It's not an active community project at the moment. There are usually only one or at most two people, so the experience is more independent and relaxed.

  Es una casa tranquila, donde a veces hay huéspedes, pero no es un lugar con mucho movimiento constante. La idea principal es mantener el espacio limpio, ordenado y funcionando bien.

  The help is primarily practical and focuses on the daily maintenance of the house.
  
  Tasks include:
  
  – Cleaning and tidying common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.)
  – Keeping the house in good condition so it is always presentable
  – Preparing rooms for guests (making beds, tidying up)
  – Washing and organizing sheets and towels
  – Taking out the trash and maintaining general order
  – Basic gardening (watering, tidying plants, patio)
  
  Occasionally:
  – Greeting guests and showing them around the house
  – Assisting with simple check-in/check-out tasks
  
  The goal is for the person to be able to manage basic tasks with some independence and help the house run smoothly on a daily basis.
  
  Some tasks may vary depending on the day, but the priority is always keeping the house clean, tidy, and functioning properly.

  Las tareas incluyen:
  
  – Limpieza y orden de espacios comunes (cocina, baño, living, etc.)

  – Preparar habitaciones cuando llega alguien (hacer cama, ordenar)
  – Lavar y organizar sábanas y toallas
