    Description

    Hi travellers! 👋
We are a family living on a peaceful 2-acre property in Ewingsdale, just 7 kilometres from the centre of Byron Bay. Our family includes Jennifer and Steve, our kids Zade and Jiah, our cat Sapphire, and our friendly dog Rose. We love meeting people from around the world and are keen travellers ourselves.
We are looking for some help with gardening and general tidying around the property.
In exchange, we offer a comfortable private studio with a living area, kitchenette, and a very comfortable queen-size bed. The studio also has its own private patio, a lovely place to relax and enjoy the garden. The bathroom is located in the main house and is easily accessible.
There is also a swimming pool on the property, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day in the garden.
We provide a food allowance, so you can shop and prepare your own meals in the kitchenette.
The help required is around 4 hours per day, 4 days per week, leaving you plenty of time to relax and explore Byron Bay and the surrounding beaches and hinterland.
If you’d enjoy spending some time in the Byron Bay area and helping out in the garden, we would love to hear from you.
Happy travels and we hope to welcome you soon! 🌿

    What else ...

We are located 7 kilometres from the centre of Byron Bay, so it’s easy to get into town while still enjoying the peace and space of the hinterland. We have two bikes available for helpers to use, and we are also happy to give you a lift into town when we can. There is also a local bus service nearby.
There is plenty to enjoy in your free time. Byron Bay is famous for its beautiful beaches, great cafés, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. One of the most popular local activities is the lighthouse walk to Cape Byron, where you can enjoy incredible ocean views and sometimes see dolphins or whales during the season.
There are also several vibrant nearby towns such as Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, and Bangalow, each with their own unique character, markets, cafés, live music, and community events throughout the year.
If you enjoy nature, swimming, beach time, or exploring local markets and music, there is always something happening in the area.
