Description
My house is 150 years old. It is a traditional Japanese old house and the beach is right in front of my house. I live here with two friends and a cat, and we do fishing, farming, and house renovations. I would like you to help me with those things, and after about 4 hours a day of simple work, you can do whatever you want the rest of the time.
I have a stand up paddle (SUP) and snorkel at home so we can enjoy the ocean and BBQ.
I am a professional gamer, one of the friends I live with, Takumi, is a musician, and the other, Shaw, is a marine flotsam artist.
So at home we have games, musical instruments (piano, guitar, drums), and artwork that Shaw made from marine flotsam.Types of help and learning opportunities

My house is an old Japanese style house.
You sleep on a futon in a Japanese-style room.
If you are the only volunteer, you can stay in the room as if it were a private room, but it is not completely private because the residents of the house go through that room to the living room.
The meals we serve vary.
Japanese, Chinese, Western, and many other types of meals.
We eat rice most often, but we also eat a lot of pasta and bread.
We also eat a lot of meat and fish, so we cannot make vegetarian dishes.
We would like to try foods from many different countries, so if you feel like it, please make a dish from your country. We will pay for the ingredients.
You can also camp if you bring your own tent.
My address is 562, Kamitsushimamachi Tojushi, Tsushima Shi, Nagasaki Ken.
Do you have an international driver's license?
If not, you can rent an electric bicycle for 1500 yen a day for transportation, or you can come with me when my housemate drives somewhere.
Our house is an old house, very close to nature, not clean because we live in a DIY style, cold in winter and sometimes bugs in summer.
If that's okay with you, it's a very fun place to live. What else ...
As for internet, there is no wi-fi but most SIMs are available. Wi-fi will probably be available from about 2026.
For transportation, you can rent my car or scooter if you have an international driver's license.

The best way to get to Tsushima is by ferry from Hakata Port to Hidakatsu Port. It leaves at 10:00 p.m. every night. It arrives around 3:00 the next morning, but you can sleep on the boat until 7:00.
The fare costs about 6,000 yen, but the boat is clean, water and hot water are available, and there are vending machines.
When you arrive on the island we will pick you up by car. It is 10 minutes to my house.A little more information
